Sherri Tafoya – Chairman of the Board/CFO
As leader of our team, I work hard to ensure your experience with our Gallery®. I started this business by looking for something to be passionate about and grew it from the ground up. I then turned it over to God, (it’s His anyway), and here we are.
Quinn Small – Chief Executive Officer
Quinn really enjoys interacting with people and especially likes the technical side of window coverings. When he meets with clients, he always ask himself: “How can I best understand what they’re looking for, and how do I best meet their expectations?” With his Hunter Douglas certifications and over 15 years installing experience, we are confident Quinn will make your day!


Jill Reed – Sales & Design Consultant
Jill is multi-talented with high energy and her rapid-fire pace is a joy to see. As one of our custom design specialists, Jill has an eye for selecting just the right fabrics for window panels, decorator pillows and duvet covers. Whether your style is modern, traditional, transitional or eclectic, Jill always seems to find window treatments that make you say: “That’s it! I love it!”
Lynn Bolton – Sales & Design Consultant
Lynn’s went to UNO as a Marketing major and has worked with the big boys: Nike, Levi’s and Perry Ellis, just to name a few. Yet she thinks Hunter Douglas and Custom Blinds & Design are truly the “best in class”. Her goal is to give her clients “…the same amazing experience I had when I purchased my blinds from CB&D.” Just don’t challenge her in a race; as an avid runner, she’ll probably beat you!


Susan Hall – Sales & Design Consultant
Susan has an incredible eye for design and color since growing up in Crete helping her parents with their floral shop. Before her time at Custom Blinds, she owned a very successful faux painting company for many years, until we convinced her to join us a decade ago. We’re so happy she did and you will be too – just ask her clients…they refer Susan to their friends all the time!
Rhonda Cash – Sales & Design Consultant
Rhonda is fantastic at many things, especially in developing connections with clients. She excels as a Designer by taking the time to get to know people on a deeper level so she can get the exact shading to fit your needs. In the office, she’s also known as the company chef and do-it-yourselfer, as well as an occasional 32-ounce Diet Pepsi drinker.


Andreina Rojas Briceno – Showroom Design Consultant
Born and raised in Caracas Venezuela, lived in Miami and now call the Midwest my home. Throughout my professional career I have had the opportunity to work in Sales and Marketing in different companies, keeping the best out of all the experiences. I am passionate about traveling and cultural exchange, I think that is the best investment a person can do as far as growing.
Shelly Stewart – Showroom Design Consultant
Shelly was born and raised in Nebraska. She has years of experience in the fields of sales and marketing, communication and fundraising. Shelly is excited to be part of the Custom Blinds and Design team and looks forward to helping our customers find the perfect solutions for their windows. Shelly will offer you a 5 star customer service experience when you visit the Lincoln Gallery. Shelly enjoys spending her free time reading and time with family and friends.


Connor Christenham – Showroom Design Consultant
Born and raised in Omaha Nebraska with his family, Connor has worked in the customer service field for a while. He loves engaging with different clients and meeting new people! Connor was recommended to Custom Blinds & Design by a friend and is so excited to join our team! Connor can’t wait to help our customers find their perfect blinds!!
Kylie Schmidt – Showroom Design Consultant
Nebraska girl who moved back from Southern California established roots in her hometown to raise her three precious babies! After leaving a career in Corrections Kylie prayed for a company that would help her bless others & stumbled into the Custom Blinds & Design family where she puts her heart into helping every client make the right choice for their home!


Jim Korff – Area Sales & Marketing Manager
Jim is delighted to join the Custom Blinds & Design team! Jim has over 25 years of experience selling a variety of construction Products. (Roofing, siding,Windows remodeling) One of his most valuable experiences was selling Pella brand windows and doors for about 9 years. He really enjoys serving customers and helping them improve their homes. It’s always wonderful to see finished result and satisfied customers! Jim is looking forward to serving all of our wonderful clients at Custom Blinds & Designs!
Peg Slagle – Business Development Manager
Having grown up in Nebraska, Peg is a successful veteran in event coordinating and marketing. As a previous patron of Custom Blinds & Design, she was impressed with the company’s VIP shopping experience. And when you meet Peg, it’s like you’ve know her for many, many years. With her commitment to service and follow-up, she’ll go beyond that extra step for friends, family and clients.


Justin Eisley – Install/ Service Manager

Justin’s a guy who’s never met a challenge he wasn’t willing to tackle. Not only does he conquer challenges head on, he does so with a smile on his face and a positive attitude. His warmth is infectious so it’s never a surprise to hear a client raving about him. While he may lack hair on his head, he never lacks the energy to go above and beyond for our clients, his co-workers, or his family.
Marcus Ramer – Install Technician

Marcus comes from a construction and architectural background and is the newest installer to join our team, thus giving him a unique ability to view things from a different perspective. He’s skilled in “outside-the-box” thinking to solve issues or tricky situations and will surprise you with his creative solutions.

As an Omaha native, Joe’s glad to be back home and we’re glad to have him back! Joe helped us get our company get off the ground more than twenty years ago, until a family move took him out of state. His wealth of experience in literally manufacturing our Hunter Douglas shadings, helps everyone as a certified installer. Joe loves meeting interesting people and gives our clients peace of mind because of his focus and efficiency.
Greg Sinica – Installation & Service Technician

Greg is one of our latest additions to the Operations department and instantly became an invaluable part of our team! He brings a manufacturing and management background, with a keen eye for detail and wonderful tech savvy. His desire to learn, coupled with his willingness to dive into any project in front of him, makes us wonder how we were able to function before him! Greg is a family man, a good friend and now an expert at your window.


Sarah Schwartz – National Fulfillment Operations Director
As a new stay-at-home Mom, Sarah’s role in our company may have changed, but her commitment to serving our clients hasn’t. A go-getter who’s quick to pick up on new ideas, Sarah will make sure your project goes so smoothly you’ll say: “Wow, how did you do that? It’s beautiful!” Sarah has a heart of gold, while her eye for detail and follow-up will help make your home stylish, functional and smart!
Emma Menke – Project Coordinator
Emma is a Nebraska native who recently moved back home from fast-paced California. She is a hard worker and not afraid to jump right in and get the job done. Emma has a great repour with our clients and is known for her joyous personality and sense of humor. She will be sure to take care of your project the minute it is handed over to her through the final steps. Our clients and our team can always count on Emma!


Jessica Small – National People Programs Director
Jessica’s cheery voice is likely the first you’ll hear when contacting Custom Blinds; her goal is to make your day by pointing you in the right direction so you get what you want. Maybe her positive attitude comes from teaching group fitness routines online? Whatever it is, Jess loves the joy she brings to people’s lives and strives to do this with every client connection.
Katelyn Houser – Vice President
Katelyn is good at pushing our team to do better as a whole and be the best we can be. What she does behind-the-scenes ensures your experience will be truly memorable. Her talent for seeing things in a practical and logical way, proves she is wise beyond her years. This is also why the annual Wahoo Rodeo is one of the best in Nebraska, because Katelyn helps with this in her spare time!


Nikki Buresh – People Resource Manager
A lifelong Husker volleyball fan, Nikki graduated from UNL with a degree in Communication Studies. She spent 8 years working at a support center for Applebee’s, helping manage company Benefits. Her organization and attention to detail helps the team behind the scenes with process accuracy and efficiency. When she isn’t placing orders or supporting the team, she is on the go with her family.
Kelsey Hrabik – National Sales Operations & Enablement Manager
You’re not seeing double, you’re seeing twins! Yes, Kelsey is Katelyn’s sister and though she may be the quiet one, Kelsey’s always listening, which is why she’s so great with detail. And while her sister is indeed a sibling, Kelsey feels everyone at Custom Blinds is her family and will do what it takes to make you happy.


Tom McNaught – Repairs Specialist

With his engineering background, Tom brings a keen and analytical mind to our company, coupled with over ten years experience in the exterior shading business. Tom sees how Hunter Douglas brings an innovative approach to window coverings and how Custom Blinds exceeds the expectations of our clients. And, according to Tom, that’s what he wants to do: “When I make your day, it makes my day!”
Kirk Landgren – Install Technician

As an installer, Kirk has over 25 years of experience in blinds and custom treatments. Clients love working with him because he’s quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and punctual. While we hired him for those reasons, we keep him because he’s very tall and doesn’t need to use a ladder for many of our projects! Kirk is a great guy who ultimately makes sure you’re happy with your shadings before he leaves your home.


Jeremy Klein – Install Technician

Jeremy is a power expert! A former accountant, he left the bean-counting world to go into business with his dad, Larry. Now a certified Hunter Douglas Installer, Jeremy is our “geek” and the fastest power-shade programmer in the west. And he’ll coach you on how to operate your shades from your phone or iPad.
